properly due to a bacterial infection following the injury. This has resulted in persistent pain and difficulty in movement. <br data-start=\"215\" data-end=\"218\" \/>After careful planning and the appropriate surgical intervention:<\/p><ul data-start=\"265\" data-end=\"378\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><li data-start=\"265\" data-end=\"307\"><p data-start=\"267\" data-end=\"307\">The fracture was stabilized using a plate and screws.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"308\" data-end=\"378\" data-is-last-node=\"\"><p data-start=\"310\" data-end=\"378\" data-is-last-node=\"\">A bone graft was performed using a portion of the fibula
